Biography
Frank Hamilton is a founding partner of The Hamilton Law Firm, P.C. He was admitted to practice in Georgia in 1993. He has also been admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Mr. Hamilton began his practice of law in Atlanta and has also practiced in Roswell and finally settled in Cumming, where he has practiced for the past 15 years.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Hamilton honorably served in the United States Navy for 14 years and achieved the rank of Lt. Commander.
Mr. Hamilton has also worked in both residential and commercial construction as a builder and developer. He is a licensed General Contractor in Illinois, Florida, and Georgia.
Mr. Hamilton graduated from Gettysburg College in 1961. He has also completed Post Graduate work in the field of chemistry at Temple University as well as program work in an M.B.A. program at Northern Illinois University. He received his Juris Doctor from Atlanta Law School in 1990 as well as his L.L.M., Master of Laws, in 1991.
Mr. Hamilton is an active member of the Forsyth County bar association as well as a past president. He is a founding member of the Forsyth County Criminal Defense Bar.
Mr. Hamilton and his wife proudly call Cumming home. In his spare time, Mr. Hamilton enjoys flying airplanes which he has done for over forty years. Mr. Hamilton holds certificates for flying commercial multi engine aircraft.
