Caring / Compassionate / OUTSTANDING
Lynne Borsuk (along with her paralegal) is an excellent attorney!!! She is extremely compassionate, caring, and a highly principled human being. I was referred to Lynne after getting the most horrific representation from a money grubbing attorney. Lynne left no stone unturned when reviewing the facts and all legal aspects of my case and the results from my previous representation. Based on thorough research Lynne offered sound legal advice and guidance. She was extremely responsive (via telephone and email). She guided me in developing an effective strategy of defense for my case. Her execution was flawless and she renewed my belief and confidence in the justice system. My family and I are most grateful for her outstanding performance, untiring assistance, and unending compassion. For us she was truly an angel sent from God.

YOU SHOULD CALL LYNNE BORSUK!
Frankly, I am not one much for reviews but when someone deems praise, that they will get. Our case was not your typle simple cookie cutter case and definatly required an attorney that not only knows the law but understands it. An incident that involves the chance of possibly jepordizing the rest of a career, cannot just be taken lightly and needs a very trusthworthy and responsive person that gives the comfort when you need it most. Lynne and her assitant Daphney have been more than amazing to our family and I simply could not put it into words how greatful we are for the personal attention we received. Believe me, we had to fire an attorney and luckily we found the best to replace the other. Truly the outcome of our case could have been possibly done without an attorney, as we have been told by others. But trust us when we say that if we didnt have Lynne "our web of safety" as we called her, we would have not gotten the same results. Important things such as issues with the law, simply cant be left to chance. Now when we get asked if we have a good attorney, we ALWAYS answer yes with a smile and say "you should call Lynne Borsuk, best attorney I have ever had the pleasure to work with." Thanks again ladies, you are excellent.

Excellent, highly recommended
I couldn’t ask for a better legal representative than L. Borsuk, Esq. I have utilized her skills for my family on several occasions. Her knowledge of the law involved in each issue was impressive and the perseverance she demonstrated over difficult issues and challenges was noteworthy. Lynne’s legal knowledge and skills resulted in a high degree of resourcefulness in seeking avenues to address difficult and unique challenges. In each of my family’s situations, Lynne’s legal skills, knowledge, and personal perseverance obtained positive results for my family. She fought long and hard in each case, with my family always in the forefront. A major source of my deep gratitude for her work revolves around her ability to listen, to seek answers to questions or related issues, and to demonstrate empathy and understanding of our situations. In short, she cared about us. In all cases, Lynne’s accessibility was also deeply satisfying. She and/or her paraprofessional responded to our questions or needs in a timely manner and were patient with us for our many questions. In addition, Lynne initiated communication quickly when she had updates, questions, or needed additional information from us. Lynne also demonstrated excellent verbal communication skills as she explained legal terms or the law surrounding our issues and suggested avenues to approach resolution of our legal situations. In all situations, we felt confident that Lynne’s approach was legal, ethical, and wise and, indeed, they were. I highly recommend, without reservation, the law firm of Lynne Y. Borsuk, Esq.

Excellent Attorney
While I do not usually post reviews, I feel that Lynne's exceptional dedication and skill warrants notice to prospective clients. From the outset she was warm, compassionate, honest, and direct. She guided us through the process, using her understanding of the law and experience to make recommendations at each step, from the investigation to the resolution of our case. She was always very prompt in responding to all questions and worked tirelessly on our behalf to achieve a dismissal of the charges.

Above and Beyond
Lynne Borsuk is a wonderful, caring attorney that goes above and beyond for her clients. She made sure I understood everything that was going on, followed up with me for years after my case and still checks in on me to make sure I am doing well. She really cares about her clients and sees them as people, does what is in their best interest and I can't Thank her enough for all of the kind words and guidance she has given me over the years. Out of a bad situation came a wonderful, unexpected relationship and I am grateful that she came into my life during that time. I had some legal questions this past year and emailed her, she called me back, giving me advice and guidance on what I should do - I know she cares about me and I appreciate all that she has done. She's a wonderful attorney that I can' recommend enough.

Goes Above and Beyond
Lynne came highly recommended to us and was the right attorney for our needs. She is professional and went above and beyond her role as an attorney to assist our daughter. She was caring and compassionate even after the case had been resolved. If you need a lawyer who will address the immediate needs of a case and who will also look at the ramifications of the outcome of a court decision, consider Lynne Borsuk.

legal review
Lynn Borsuk is currently caring for my legal needs. She is understanding, and truly cares about how this case will affect me personally as well as professionally. I was most impressed with the fact that she took the time to become familiarized with my work and professional implications this case will have. She has always been very easy to reach and never made me feel insecure about questions i may have. She did make me feel secure and relieved my terror at the thought of standing before a judge in a court room, which turned out very well. I have no previous legal history and can only compare her to lawyers I see on TV. She's got them beat by miles!

Excellent experience
I had a very positive experience with Ms. Borsuk. Being under a lot of stress already considering the situation, Ms. Borsuk listened to me and we worked together to find the best solution for my situation. Her assistant was very easy to talk to as well and kept me well informed of the status of my case and any appointments that I needed to keep. I was very happy with the outcome and felt like Ms. Borsuk and Daphne both cared about me and what will happen in the future. I would gladly recommend her to anyone in the future.

Lynne to the rescue! Executor of a complicated estate with 44 beneficiaries including 3 non-profits
I was the Executor of a very complicated estate. I had suffered two years of continuous harassment both personal and professional by one disgruntled beneficiary. Always to a very large and public audience. It became so difficult that Lynne was recommended by my Probate attorney. I was first impressed by her calm analysis of my situation. She asked all the right questions and was able to quickly cut through my anger and upset to bring me back to orderly thinking. She gave me a list of tasks and got me back on track. This all in a thirty minute conversation. She and her staff then researched Georgia law and gave me chapter and verse to end the defamation allowing me to get my business handled. She was fast and efficient. She was very knowledgeable of Georgia law and she gave me the perfect solution to my problem. In my case she was so valuable; a bargain at twice the price. It is a terrible helpless feeling to work so hard for someone only to have them malign you publicly. If I ever need a criminal attorney or am asked for a reference from friends or family she will be at the top of the list.

Whew! Thank goodness for her!
After having been briefly represented by an attorney a bit out of his league, we asked Lynne to take our case. Without her expertise, we surely would not have had the positive outcome that we did. Lynne and her assistant, Daphne, are such a compassionate and thorough pair. We cannot say enough about how impressively professional and knowledgable Lynne and her staff were in handling our situation. They were very timely and sensitive about communicating about the case and responding to any questions we presented. While Lynne brings a sense of calm, warmth, and kindness throughout a nerve-wracking experience, she is also very direct and honest. For her services, our family is forever grateful.

Case Dismissed
Lynne Borsuk represented me in case that resulted in a dismissal of the charges before trial! From our first meeting, I felt completely at ease in Lynne’s presence. She listened to what I had to say, sought the information she needed to know, and very clearly communicated the issues and options before me. Based on the evidence in my case, we set a common goal of dismissal that never wavered. She managed my expectations throughout the case, always put my best interests first and never looked for an easy way out. As her client, I felt grounded yet optimistic because of her calm demeanor, thorough explanations and depth of legal knowledge. She is compassionate, tenacious, knowledgeable, experienced and confident. Lynne is not only a great attorney who worked hard and acted quickly on my behalf, but she was also a great comfort to me during a volatile season. I consider her a friend and would absolutely recommend her!

Extremely Knowledgeable
Lynne an intelligent and competent attorney, whose experience and connections are invaluable to clients. She handled my case professionally, compassionately and made me feel comfortable at all times that she had my best interests in mind. She came highly recommended by a local Atlanta professional, and I am comfortable passing on that recommendation to anyone who needs legal assistance.

Excellent Attorney, Very Meticulous and Through
Lynne represented me during a multi-jurisdictional investigation. Lynne is very knowledgeable of Federal and State laws and procedures. Lynne also knew several attorneys with the U. S. Attorneys Office as well as Fulton County, and was able to get answers to questions that other attorneys may not have been able to. Lynne also has a very good working relationship with her peers and was able to determine what facts paralleled in other's investigations. Lynne was thus able to provide guidance and direction for my representation. Lynne is very meticulous and that comes through in the job she does. With some attorneys, I have had difficulty getting them to contact me back in a timely manner, Lynne and Daphne her paralegal, were always prompt in returning my calls or e-mails, saving me from additional stress. Whenever I needed to provide additional information or needed to ask a question, Lynne and Daphne were very responsive and great to work with. On a regular basis, Lynne provided detailed billing that let me know where the money I had invested in my future and survival was going. I have no reservations in highly recommending Lynne Borsuk to anyone I know who needs a very competent attorney. I always received respect and understanding from Lynne about the situation I was going through.

Lifted from calamity
Lynne helped our family when our daughter was charged in an armed robbery. She provided prompt, efficient services and clearly is well-respected by the District Attorney's office. Communication was clear and timely, either with Lynne or her excellent assistant. However, I would not be taking the time to write this review if Lynne were just a smart, effective lawyer who earned her not-insubstantial fee with a great outcome(chareges dropped, arrest to be expunged). Lynne brought a level of care and compassion to dealing with distraught parents and a terrified young woman that we never expected. She still communicates with my daughter and her therapist on a fairly regular basis, gratis. Lynne is the consummate professional with a good heart.

Highly recommend Lynne Borsuk
Lynne had less than 24 hours to meet a deadline when we presented a case to her....it was challenging at best as it dealt with two different states. Within hours she had resolved it which was monumental in our eyes and so terrible important to our family!

She did a great job
Lynne represented by son in a case that could have had a terrible impact on his future. She knew her way around the courtroom, knew other attorneys and judges and we had a very successful outcome.

Judge
She handled a sensitive case for me and was outstanding. She not only kept me advised of what was happening, but initiated calls to explain various delays. She worked well with the other attorneys and nonattorneys involved. She came highly recommended and i would also recommend her highly.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
"I endorse this lawyer. When I took appointed cases in Fulton County, Georgia years ago she was one of two public defenders in the late Judge Joel Fryer's courtroom. She had the courage not to accept more cases, by telling Judge Fryer, "no more." For a non-lawyer this may seem like a strange thing to say to a judge but any decent criminal lawyer will tell you that each case takes at least a minimum (or a lot more) amount of factual and legal analysis which the client rarely sees. She had so many felony cases with individuals' freedom at stake that she felt that she could do a good enough job with the number of cases she already had responsibility for. This protestation to the judge took courage but it needed to happen. Georgia is still suffering from an indigent defense crisis but her protests to the late Joel Fryer, a tough judge for most who argued cases before him, started the ball rolling in the right direction."
