Excellent Attorney, Very Meticulous and Through

Lynne represented me during a multi-jurisdictional investigation. Lynne is very knowledgeable of Federal and State laws and procedures. Lynne also knew several attorneys with the U. S. Attorneys Office as well as Fulton County, and was able to get answers to questions that other attorneys may not h...ave been able to. Lynne also has a very good working relationship with her peers and was able to determine what facts paralleled in other's investigations. Lynne was thus able to provide guidance and direction for my representation. Lynne is very meticulous and that comes through in the job she does. With some attorneys, I have had difficulty getting them to contact me back in a timely manner, Lynne and Daphne her paralegal, were always prompt in returning my calls or e-mails, saving me from additional stress. Whenever I needed to provide additional information or needed to ask a question, Lynne and Daphne were very responsive and great to work with. On a regular basis, Lynne provided detailed billing that let me know where the money I had invested in my future and survival was going. I have no reservations in highly recommending Lynne Borsuk to anyone I know who needs a very competent attorney. I always received respect and understanding from Lynne about the situation I was going through.

She left me in interrogation with the FEDS went back to her office

She was given to me on my case and she hire a retired wyte police as my investigator and would not get rid of him and the police mindset that he had about me and my community. I felt like she thought I was lying, and abandoned me and then she left me at the beginning of an interrogation and lie dete...ctor test. I was to answer 4 questions and if I passed the lie detector test they would drop the charge 21USC 843B using a communication device in a drug felony. I answered and passed it after she left they tried to ask everything they could in every way they could to say I knew more than I did to put me in that crime attaching a behavior and after I said we agreed to four questions. They said they thought (not knew) that I knew more than I was telling them. Which was not the case nor the deal we had. I passed it the deal was if I passed it the charges would be dropped I did then the govt dropped it and compassed me in that all encompass charge for Black people called conspiracy ( not one person including Lynn cared that I was a primary caregiver of my two children the investigator never went to Florida to find any answers and then tried to pressure me to tell on people I did not know and they let the guy whom I did know become an informant to target this family I believe unfairly from my experience with them. I lost a baby I was carrying, walked away from the man I loved because I saw what they were doing to me just because I knew a man and my sister said he could remain at her house until his ride arrived because we had to get back to work. My children were separated from me for years after I told the truth and just went in and just plead guilty because the pressure was too much and I felt the lawyer and definitely the investigator did not look out for me. Maybe she got better but that was my experience. Maybe it was because I am a Black Israelite/Jew but my results were devastating. My family relationship with my children is still broken and 20 years of heartache for my family. I was carrying the burden of pain and I still feel for that other black family who lost a son from a heart attack who was the government target. I know the government did me and my family WRONG, WRONG WRONG, but that is the life of a Black person when they live in America justice is hardly every just and no one cares about the black children separations that leave them broken with a parental loss when they are representing a head of household caregiver they move on but leave us all broken and stuck.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer. When I took appointed cases in Fulton County, Georgia years ago she was one of two public defenders in the late Judge Joel Fryer's courtroom. She had the courage not to accept more cases, by telling Judge Fryer, "no more." For a non-lawyer this may seem like a strange thing to say to a judge but any decent criminal lawyer will tell you that each case takes at least a minimum (or a lot more) amount of factual and legal analysis which the client rarely sees. She had so many felony cases with individuals' freedom at stake that she felt that she could do a good enough job with the number of cases she already had responsibility for. This protestation to the judge took courage but it needed to happen. Georgia is still suffering from an indigent defense crisis but her protests to the late Joel Fryer, a tough judge for most who argued cases before him, started the ball rolling in the right direction."
