Richard Bryson
Richard is founder of the Bryson Law Firm, P.C. With over 25 years of experience, he has developed a reputation for providing practical and insightful guidance to thousands of families in Georgia. Areas of focus include elder law, asset protection, tax, probate, trusts and estates, business representation, and estate planning.
Richard received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Alabama and his law degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He was an editor of the Journal of Computer and Information Law and a member of the Moot Court Council. Richard is a former co-chair of the Tax Section of the Chicago Bar Association, former co-chair of the Elder Law Committee of the State Bar of Georgia. He is also a proud Eagle Scout.
A regular speaker at community and civic groups, Richard is also a contributing writer to Financial Planning for Physicians and Health Care Professionals, published by Harcourt Professional Publishing, and provides continuing education programs for other lawyers. In addition he continues to provide lectures on advanced estate planning, asset protection, retirement asset planning, and elder law issues. In his free time, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
