He helped with my fiance's criminal case and did an amazing job. Always made himself available to answer any questions. Answered those questions in terms where you could understand. He never sugar coated the situation, and always made sure you were aware of the options available even if they weren't ...the best. He did his job and was very thorough with his job. He never left anything to chance and always made sure he knew all the facts before moving forward. Excellent lawyer and one that would be my first choice again to hire if ever need be.

I have hired Mr. Coxen on two separate but connecting cases, a divorce & a contempt case. It has been a long 6 year battle, but Mr Coxen has been very supportive, knowledgeable & honest all the way. I hired Steve Coxen to represent me; for the State of Ga probation office would not release me from supervision of probation. Steve recommended not only to ask for release of supervised probation but to also ask to terminate probation all together. No other lawyer out of 8 that I contacted made that... recommendation. At the hearing I was granted release from supervision and the judge asked that I at least serve half, that would be 5 out of 10 years of my probation before he would even considered making a decision on such a request for early termination. Normally this is unheard of for such request to terminate with only half term served. To note this why no other lawyer made that recommendation to me , but Steve did, in saying we have nothing to loose by asking the court of this request- which made sense. So after completion of half the sentence , we went back in front of the judge - needless to say my case was a difficult one, and the ADA was hard in hitting and pleading to the judge not to grant my request. I thought for sure with no doubt in my mind the judge would not grant the request, I could just tell in the way he looked and in the judges body language that he was not going to grant my request after hearing the ADA. Steve with his knowledge and wisdom of the court system spoke and delivering words credible on my behalf, that influenced the judge to change and instead he favored in my request and granted my termination of probation. That of also with only serving 5 out of 10 years which itself is hardly heard of . If you want a lawyer that can deliver words in court to influence a judges decision to your favor , then I highly recommend you hire the talents of Steve Coxen.
