Stephen Coxen was highly recommended to me, I’m so extremely thankful that I decided to hire him as my attorney. He gathered information from me and he did extensive research for my case. He was very professional and thorough with his knowledge and research, he explained everything to me and wanted t...o make sure we were all on the same page. When we went to court he presented my case in a very thorough manner, which led to a very favorable outcome for me! I was very pleased with the services that Attorney Coxen provided. He was very thorough and knowledgable throughout the entire process. He did not make any guarantees for the outcome of our case but was very honest throughout the entire ordeal. I first off want to say that, i was just where you were, looking through lawyers reviews, paying consult fees and still not feeling good about the attorney. THIS review, i hope keeps you from having to continue to do that. Mr.Coxen, not only CALLED me personally and talked with me free of charge(co...nsult), gave me advice & told me he would be there when i was ready. A month or 2 later i called him, hired him, and he spoke with me in his office for over an hour taking detailed notes on my situation. He heard me. He fought for me like he would his family, and I’m sure as he does for EVERYONE else. Truthfully, walking in to speak with him i had lost all hope in my situation and when i walked out, i felt like i already won. He gave me a list of things to do in order to support our case, i did them, however i wasn’t the best client. I waited until less than 2 weeks( gathering all of my evidence and documents from over a year) prior to the court date to send over EVERYTHING. He had so much to go through, and worked until the very last second walking into the court room. He presented everything so well, with so much grace and knowledge. He did extra research to compare my case to a similar one years before and made that apart of his closing statement. He is so kind but, he can pick up on BS in a heart beat so when he cross examines, watch him go to work!!! ***We sat in the court room from 10am-7:15pm(without his phone to contact his wife and kids) and he still took every second he had with me seriously and didn’t shorten anything up to speed things up. He kept in contact with me through the next weeks following the judges ruling and today i received the best email of a life time. “Congratulations, we won” He changed my life, and most of all saved my kids from a traumatic childhood. This case was not easy but, he sure made it the least stressful and pleasant to be doing it with him. I never doubted winning, when i hired him. He is the only lawyer i will ever use.
