I hired Bryson Hash and Ed Hecht in the middle of a VERY involved custody case. Bryson, Ed and the paralegal, Sharon understood and related to my domestic situation. I truly felt like Bryson was litigating and negotiating for what was right for me and my children. When I hired Bryson and Ed I gave ...them very little time to prepare. They all believed in my case and even met with me on a SUNDAY. Ed talks a good game when you first show up. He sells his talents and abilities far better than he delivers. I cannot recommend this attorney for anything important, like the custody of your children. After the retainer check has cleared, he stops communicating, except to ask for more money. If y...ou hire him, you will be frustrated and will probably end up having to go elsewhere for representation.

On 2/28/18 I consulted and hired Ed whom at that time introduced me to his partner Bryson Hash. Initially, Ed stated he would represent my case, but then passed it onto Bryson because, Ed felt he would be a better suited for my case. I truly did want Ed on my case, because he was aggressive and direc...t, but in a professional non-malicious manner. If you do come across Ed be sure that he will indeed, be your lawyer. Be prepared to pay a hefty retainer and be sure to have a substantial amount of funds set aside. I can honestly share that under special circumstance he will work for you, but that'll be an exception rather than the rule. I completely understand. It's my understanding that if either he or Bryson aren't available to speak to a client, then the other will speak on the others behalf. Unfortunately, Ed seems to keep tabs money wise and one is out of luck until the other becomes available, again. I only recommend if you have substantial funds, savings and collateral. Also, be sure he doesn't have a close professional with an opposing counsel, which can be problematic when attempting to explain negative behavior by opposing counsel. Overall, he seems decent.

Ed Hecht took time out of a Sunday afternoon to meet with me about a urgent matter to get my divorce handled. He was very responsive to calls and texts, and handled ALL matters within days. He stayed on task and continued to keep me in the loop of everything going on. He was very informative so I was... never confused about what was going on, which is very helpful.
