Craig has extensive experience having successfully litigated cases in South Carolina Federal Court, Supreme Court, General Sessions Court, Magistrate Court, Municipal Court, and Administrative Law Court. As a former prosecutor, Craig was a member of the DUI team and a Special City Prosecutor for Criminal Domestic Violence. He has tried cases ranging from disorderly conduct to criminal sexual assault as a prosecutor and defense attorney. This experience has given him an intimate knowledge of the Court system. Craig is also a member of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National College for DUI Defense, National Trial Lawyers, and DUI Defense Lawyers Association. Case dismissed!
After getting a speeding ticket that I thought would take my license, raise my insurance, and coast me a hefty fine, Craig was able to get the charges dismissed. I'd recommend him to anyone that needs a great lawyer. Thanks Craig!
