Elizabeth Smith Owen

We happened upon Elizabeth and her team by accident while looking for the right attorney for our incredibly difficult custody case. We had many variables including parents living in different states, and us being in a different state than where the case was being held. Elizabeth and her team handle...d our case beautifully, and though we have had to go back to court several times, we have left with a win under our belt every time! She is kind and understanding with her clients, but she is tough, and no nonsense against the opposing party. One of the things I like best about her is how she is by the book, and honest. I would consider her to be one of those "pit-bull" attorneys you want on your side, and definitely wouldn't want up against you, but she definitely isn't one of those attorneys that wastes your time and money looking for ways to get around the law. She is fair to her clients and she works hard. She is a feisty, southern, firecracker. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and always on top of her game. We have been so pleased with her, and her whole team!
