Don't recommend. She was supposed to be my divorce attorney in 2011, and released me saying I was "too passive", after paying her thousands to fight for me. I couldn't believe she did it. My divorce was nasty, and she washed her hands of it all and left me hanging midstream. Horrible experience. Save... yourself the money and be very cautious of this one.

I would not recommend her as a defense divorce attorney.. She was not proactive. I did not feel she fought for me. She allowed the Plaintiff to reign over all the decisions. It's as if she was distracted and not totally engaged in my well being. I felt there were meeting unneeded as she was unprepare...d, yet she charged $250.00 per hour.

Cherie represented me in a divorce/child custody case. She always conducted herself in a professional manner. In addition, her staff was responsive to my inquiries. She was excellent at keeping me informed and abreast of my divorce proceedings. She provided me with a reasonable level of expectati...ons and did not make promises she could not keep. She was well connected, well informed and knowledgeable. I would recommend Cherie to others in my situation, and would not hesitate to use her again.
