Pam Pearson... Look no further

Pam Pearson has kept me out of court on a very intricate international divorce situation. She has gone above and beyond when other Attorneys have said 'no'... I have had nothing but professionalism and expertise from Pam and Kim :) I would be happy to provide my cell number to anyone looking for help... and advice in these situations. She not only took my case on but made sure I received a very good settlement and will now be able to stay in USA with my children :) Thank you so much Pam X

Pamela Pearson wont let you down.

I have been married 3 times went threw 4 custody battles (North and South Carolina) spent enough money on LAWYERS to buy a small island in the USVI> With that being said I hired Pamela Pearson 5 years ago for a separation agreement (didn't go threw with it) walked back into her office just a months a...go and told her I wanted divorce. I chickened out again with the divorce and asked for my money back and she refunded me my money .Pamela Pearson didn't have to do that (the contract states NO REFUNDS !Pamela was highly recommended to me and I now know why . I hope I never need to hire another attorney but If I do I'll call Pamela because in all my battles I have had with walking out of a court room thinking I just got screwed by another lawyer that is not the case with her. As Pamela came Highly recommended to me I highly recommend her to anyone North or South Carolina. I hope this review helps you with who you hire for your next lawyer. M. Hawkins S.C.

I used Ms. Pearson for a custody case. Going in I didn't think I had much of a chance . She was very thorough, and in spite of the odds against me, I was awarded full custody of my child. I am glad I hired her and would recommend her If asked.

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY

I work in the legal industry and on advice from other lawyers I hired Pam for my divorce. I was a dad on the wrong end of the stick. She was diligent, super knowledgeable. She isn't just a lawyer, she's a friend! By the way.. this man won his case! Thanks Pam.

Worst Lawyer I have ever hired!!!!

Worst communication I have ever received (next to none), I had to call to get information and then it took two weeks to get a response. She was rude, disrespectful and cut me off when I was trying to say something. She discussed personal client information with other lawyers especially my wifes law...yer! She was late to the first hearing and didn't bother showing up for the last hearing (which she didn't even inform me of, so the case was dismissed without me even knowing it) after telling my wifes lawyer that she would not show up because I owed her money (btw she was paid in full plus a 3k retainer). She has no ethics, no values other than the amount of money she can get out of her clients, and no morals that I can see based on my experience with her. I dont know how these other reviewers gave her such high ratings but this is definitely not the lawyer I hired. She did less than nothing that I asked her to do and billed me for things she didnt do that I even pointed out wasnt done. She gave me the excuse that something is wrong with her email. Funny thing is I received emails about my wifes lawyers request for information. If you need a lawyer and you have other options go with the others just as caution. I encourage others that had bad experiences with her to file complaints with the SC bar, I understand SC is very strict with attorneys especially when it comes to ethics.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
