I transferred my divorce case to Pam after not receiving good service from another attorney in town. Pam was very understanding and compassionate to what was a very difficult case. She was very honest and open to the options of my case and potential outcomes. She responded promptly to my questions... and thankfully did not run up my bill with needless meetings. Extremely poor communication for starters. Wouldn't listen to everything we had to say, kept cutting us off. Extremely rude at times and didn't even defend us. She basically did the least amount of work possible and now owes us money she refuses to pay back to us. Horrible experience! My mother e...ven overheard her openly discussing her cases outside the court room before our hearing! I don't even think that behavior is allowed!

I have been married 3 times went threw 4 custody battles (North and South Carolina) spent enough money on LAWYERS to buy a small island in the USVI> With that being said I hired Pamela Pearson 5 years ago for a separation agreement (didn't go threw with it) walked back into her office just a months a...go and told her I wanted divorce. I chickened out again with the divorce and asked for my money back and she refunded me my money .Pamela Pearson didn't have to do that (the contract states NO REFUNDS !Pamela was highly recommended to me and I now know why . I hope I never need to hire another attorney but If I do I'll call Pamela because in all my battles I have had with walking out of a court room thinking I just got screwed by another lawyer that is not the case with her. I hired Pam Pearson at the last minute at the recomendation of a friend who had used her. She did an excellent job in such a short time to prepare. I have used 8 attorneys previously in the last 12 years in court against my ex wife. All were not up to par and did not do a good job. Pam did an excelle...nt job and won my case.
