Compassionate, understanding, proffesional

Atty Pearson was referred to me by a mutual friend. She was excellent with her advice and always quick to respond to my concerns and or needs. It was a difficult and unexpected divorce for me and atty Pearson was by my side through all of it, exceeding my expectations on every level. I highly reco...mmend her for any family court needs especially if children are involved!

Smooth Sailing for Separation/Divorce

Ms. Pamela Pearson helped make a difficult transition and life change as easy and smooth as can be. I contacted her to help with an amicable separation from a 20 year marriage. There was no need for two attorneys, as there was no fighting between us. Ms. Pearson was respectful and neutral to both par...ties, informed us both of our rights, and filed our paperwork for Decree of Separate Maintenance promptly and efficiently. In April 2015, we intend to have her file for the divorce, as well...She takes my phone calls and answers my questions with willingness and patience. I have a friend who is seeking visitation with his 8 year old daughter, and without hesitation, answered some questions for me. If there is a need, I would certainly recommend to my friend, or any person, to seek her assistance. She will take care of your needs with the utmost respect, dignity, patience, knowledge, and reassuring comfort. Since I am fairly new to living in the area and could always use a good female friend, I consider her a friend now as well as excellent legal counsel. Thank you, Pam, for all your help in getting us through this time...

Very Helpful

Mrs. Pearson was a great help to us. When our son was killed in a car accident we were no longer allowed to visit with our grandchild. With Pam Pearson's help we were able to get court ordered visitation. Mrs. Pearson was with us all the way. She attended every court appearance and told us what w...e should expect. Thank you Pam Pearson.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
