Biography
Unlike other lawyers, I have lots of trial experience. Although I settle most of the cases I handle, I know how to take them to court so a jury or judge can decide them.
I have done a huge variety of things in my life, not only in the legal world, but in my recreational, family, and private lives. I have a private pilot license, I've climbed mountains, paddled Class IV+ rapids on whitewater rivers, travelled extensively, hunted, fished, acted, written books, sang in church choirs, sailed, swam competively, taught a course in a community college, cooked, gardened, bicycled long distances, and hiked and camped extensively.
I treat all clients equally, whether they have big cases or little cases.

Honest Joe
Joe has provided legal advice to me for years. He has always been responsive, courtious and professional. He is always upfront and will refer me to another attorney if he believes I would be better served by a different attorney.
