John Mussetto offered to represent a client for a set price/paid in full. He was terminated in 2024 and has yet to provide billable hours for over 9 months and kept the entire $40,000 when he didnt work any portion of the trial or work through any evidence as the case is still very much open. Very di...sappointed with his office staff as well. Complaints have beem filed with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel as well as the fee dispute office.

John Mussetto is (Unreal!) Considering I've went years back fighting the same case and losing with the lawyer I had at the time, and almost giving up! Attorney Mussetto handled a criminal case for me in the past, which was settled in my favor. I used his services for a Family Court case and he won that case me as well. I had a bad case that was mishandled by someone else before but he represented me this time and we won the case and received what I... asked for plus a little more. He and his staff are the best.

John was the absolute best! My divorce had been so bad I unknowingly made mistakes that would have haunted me for the rest of my life. I had chose to take care of it all myself and had to hire him several years AFTER the divorce was final. Once we started working on it he saw that I had done so much ...damage he was not sure how much we could get undone. I hired John about 6 months ago to handle a case with DSS I had been getting beaten up with for many years now, meaning thrown into jail for back due child support. My daughter is 26 now and I was still behind on what was left of the child support. Coming out of the military I had PTSD really badly... and didn't work for many years with my life just going down hill big time. DSS kept charging me the full amount of money as if I had been working. All I wanted John to do was just get DSS to back off me and give me a chance to breath and get my life together and make the monthly payments match what I made now, because they were taking half my paycheck in back due support. Well, John jumped on this and attempted to handle DSS and started the process, but then (AND this Shows just how well John thinks outside the box) John came up with a different plan. Instead of getting the payments reduced to where I could afford to pay off this huge amount of support still left to pay, HE, John, called my Ex and got her to settle for a very low sum of cash instead of the many of 1000's still owed. John even worked out the details with the EX to get so much per month for 5 months and I would be paid off. This case went to court and the EX tried to back out of it after she signed documents saying she would do this with me. John quickly took charge and started setting up a defense plan to save this deal. To end this story we were at court last week and the EX agreed to not cause problems in court this time and to agree to the terms she had signed from the start and by the time court was over with, I was fully paid off on child support. NO MORE CHILD SUPPORT!!! YEAH. It was a fair deal for both parties, myself and my Ex as well. I really owe John a huge Thanks for being as sharp as he really is and treating me like we've been friends for years. He is really amazing.
