I was referred to John through legal shield and was skeptical. First impressions are everything and he quickly changed my perception. I was arrested for a DUI after driving home from a double shift. I was extremely tired and found myself taking a wrong turn on the way home which led me to drive upon a DUI check point. After being arrested I contacted Mr. Mussetto late at night and not only did he answer but also showed up the next ...morning for first appearance. Through the entire process he was by my side giving me sound advise and keeping me informed with developments and court dates. We ended up taking my case to court and his preparation with the facts of the case and the not so prepared handling of the situation by the arresting officer and prosecutor allowed him to soundly have the jury deliver a NOT GUILTY verdict. The best decision I ever made was calling John when I faced the most difficult time in my life.

John Mussetto is (Unreal!) Considering I've went years back fighting the same case and losing with the lawyer I had at the time, and almost giving up! Paying that attorney the money and getting nothing in return...but I wasn't ready to give up on my child. So I hired John and tried one more time. He ...stepped straight up as soon as he took my case and told me exactly what to do, how to do it and when. I was never lost! He spoke for me in court, had my back and never left me hanging. I'd call the office, they know exactly who I was and answered my questions if they could or called me back after finding out the answers. Great team! I finally got sole custody of my son and who I had fought for all those years and now it's over! Great lawyer, great paralegals, and I will say I couldn't ask for anything more. The best testimony I could give in my whole life. Now my son is Home with me for good!!!

John is an absolutely amazing attorney. I've personally never met or had the pleasure of working with a lawyer who truly seems to really care about his clients. He worked hard on my case and always seemed to know exactly what was going on. Sometimes you hire an attorney and you may not hear from them... until the day of court and then you have to catch them up to speed. John was never like that... Going in to court he was always prepared and fully aware of the ends and out of my case. I hope that I never need an attorney again but if I should need one he's definitely the man for the job.

Thanks to Mr. John Mussetto a lot of stress was taken off of our family. I would have had to take off work, travel out of town, attend traffic court, pay a large fine and have a lot of points on my license (causing insurance premiums to go up) all because of a unfortunate situation that was unavoida...ble.
