I was arrested for a DUI after driving home from a double shift. I was extremely tired and found myself taking a wrong turn on the way home which led me to drive upon a DUI check point. After being arrested I contacted Mr. Mussetto late at night and not only did he answer but also showed up the next ...morning for first appearance. Through the entire process he was by my side giving me sound advise and keeping me informed with developments and court dates. We ended up taking my case to court and his preparation with the facts of the case and the not so prepared handling of the situation by the arresting officer and prosecutor allowed him to soundly have the jury deliver a NOT GUILTY verdict. The best decision I ever made was calling John when I faced the most difficult time in my life.
