Replied last July 02, 2020Thank you Jason. I have found it is easier to be upfront and honest so that I keep my clients on the same page and keep their expectations in line with mine. I need my clients to understand their case and the pros and cons as well as the legal issues involved and the chances of prevailing. Giving false expectations or just saying what the client wants to hear is not how I operate. The "caring" part is hard to avoid when I am representing clients such as yourself.
