Biography
Jennings Scott Hucks, Myrtle Beach attorney, is a lifelong native of Horry County. He is a graduate of Conway High School, Coastal Carolina University, and the University of South Carolina. After graduating and receiving his bar degree, Scott started his legal career as an Assistant Solicitor for Horry County. This position allowed Scott the opportunity to try numerous cases and learn the intricacies of courtroom demeanor, trial strategy, and case disposition. He left the solicitors office in 2014 to open his private practice in Myrtle Beach.
