She represented me in a case that I was arrested for and thought for sure I would be sentenced for. My case was not processed for several years until I hired Melinda and it only took two short months until she argued my case and had the charges dissmissed. I'm a single mother of two kids. I was in a bad position this Feb. 2015. I had a failure to appear I didn't know about from a case back in 2013. My family contacted Melinda about me being stuck in jail w a bench warrrent on me. She came to the jail and talked w me about what could be done. And let me... know that she would get my bench warrant lifted right away she stayed in the courthouse for days getting the right people to sign my papers to get me back to my children. She also was a great friend through out the whole thing. She got my case dropped to timed served on April 26, 2015 . She is a wonderful lawyer. I highly recommend her to all.
