As a family lawyer, I primarily deal with divorce and separation cases. Child custody, child support, visitation, equitable division of assets and alimony are all issues that typically arise with my divorce and separation cases.

I have worked on several cases that deal with child custody and visitation between two (2) people who were never married. Child support also attaches to these cases.

I typically work on child support cases as they relate to Divorce/Separation or Child Custody. I also represent clients who need to modify a prior court order if there is a substantial change in income for either parent.

I usually handle domestic violence cases incident to my divorce/separation cases, but I also handle Orders of Protection.
