I hired Ms. Fudge at the suggestion of another attorney. I paid a flat fee. The case dragged on with no resolution. Finally, after paying a fee to Ms. Fudge, she suggested I let her be relieved of the duties which I had already paid for and I ended up having to pay thousands to another attorney to fi...
Carol: I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with the result of your family's litigated probate case. Second marriages and step-children, in addition to a poorly written will (which was not prepared by me) can often lead to animosity in court. However, I never asked to be relieved as your attorney. We filed a motion which you approved asking the court to relieve you of your fiduciary role in the estate. We won that motion after a hard-fought hearing and you cried while hugging me in court and thanking me profusely. If you felt the need to hire a new attorney to represent you in your new role with different interests and responsibilities, that was certainly your right--but that was not something you ever discussed with me. Unfortunately, my time spent on your case was so extensive that my flat fee did not come close to reasonable compensation for time spent. Nevertheless, I never asked you for more money and honored our agreement. I'm not sure what happened to turn your tears of joy and gratitude with respect to my services into anger and resentment. I haven't heard from you in several years. Nevertheless, I wish you and your family well moving forward In the future.

As well, she took my case based on full knowledge of how much I was will to spend to try and achieve a resolve...

Alyson's style is straighforward and concise, and she built a great stress-free rapport with me from minute one. She patiently answered all of my questions and was a tremendous help with thinking through the development of a trust for my family; and completing my will and powers of attorney. I highl...
