After having had my child custody and visitation case neglected by another attorney for over a year, I contacted Mary Murray. By the time I contacted Mary, I had been so beaten up and bullied by the opposing side that I had NO faith in attorneys or the legal system, at all. I was scared to death an...d clueless about what was going on in my own case. Mary was empathetic to my plight and imparted much needed knowledge of the process explaining to me in layman's terms all my options and what the different outcomes could be. Mary's biggest gift was sifting through and sheltering me from the unnecessary bombardment of accusations, falsehoods, disparaging remarks, etc. constantly coming from the opposing side clearly intending to unnerve me- something my former attorney neglected to do. Mary is an intelligent and exceptional lawyer. I received immediate responses and help, often on the weekend or late hours. Mary and Kami are knowledgeable, kind, understanding and always on top of every problem. It was a high-conflict divorce and she handled it very professionally with lots of guid...ance and support. Mary listens, is fair and honest - the communication is phenomenal. She fought for me and my boys every step of the way from initial consultation to final agreement to even post settlement agreement. Mary also fought and won for us to relocate out-of-state which has allowed me and my children to live a healthier life, in so many ways. Divorce is never easy, and is usually avoided if all possible. I sought Mary out to handle my case, as it was not your typical divorce, very unprecedented in many ways. Mary is very knowledgeable , professional and most importantly caring & concerned about the individual she is serving. It's hard to describe what Mary has done for me, my son and my family. She gave me a lot of things throughout the whole process like knowledge and guidance but the most important thing was more time with my son. The thing I like most about her is that she's truly a good person with good intentions to...wards the outcome of the case and your child, which means a lot, she never sugar coated anything or was misleading like some attorneys can be. I can't imagine how it would have been like going through the whole process without her and Kami helping me. I would highly recommend Mary to anyone!
