Without even hearing even a sentence of my situation, she said 'unless its a chapter 13, Im not doing it'. I called to ask for a bankruptcy consultation. Was calling to PAY for a CONSULTATION to see if I was even eligible for it. Her website says she's 'empathetic'. She didn't ask me about my situ...ation. It was a 15 second conversation. I wouldn't recommend giving her your business.
