Ingrid H. Rudolph

About me

My office is located in the West Ashley area of Charleston, at 1483 Tobias Gadson, Suite 205A - just 5 minutes from Boeing, and a short 15 minute drive from Summerville.  I am licensed in South Carolina, and also in Michigan.   I concentrate my practice on helping people through difficult family law, divorce, child custody and support matters as well as bankruptcy matters.  I truly enjoy both areas of law.  As far as the practice of bankruptcy law,  I know of no other area of law where so much good can be accomplished in such a short time.  In most cases, I can quickly solve problems that have kept my clients sick and sleepless with worry and fear.  I have seen the emotional damage that debt problems can cause in someone's life.  Debt problems can affect everything in a person's world, sometimes ruining marriages and careers because of the stress.  I am passionate about trying to help people overcome these problems and more.  I also represent clients in domestic violence/family law matters, and have helped many clients obtain custody of their children in messy divorce actions.
