Accepting New Clients! Aggressive when needed- Divorce and Child Custody Attorney. My office is located in the West Ashley area of Charleston, at 1483 Tobias Gadson, Suite 205A - just 5 minutes from Boeing, and a short 15 minute drive from Summerville. I am licensed in South Carolina, and also in Michigan. I concentrate my practice on helping people through difficult family law, divorce, child custody and support matters as well as bankruptcy matters. I truly enjoy both areas of law. As far as the practice of bankruptcy law, I know of no other area of law where so much good can be accomplished in such a short time. In most cases, I can quickly solve problems that have kept my clients sick and sleepless with worry and fear. I have seen the emotional damage that debt problems can cause in someone's life. Debt problems can affect everything in a person's world, sometimes ruining marriages and careers because of the stress. I am passionate about trying to help people overcome these problems and more. I also represent clients in domestic violence/family law matters, and have helped many clients obtain custody of their children in messy divorce actions.

Ingrid negotiated an outstanding settlement that encompassed the financial AND emotional well-being of my family. She provided exceptional legal advice, along with the compassion, and encouragement I needed to get through a very contentious divorce.

He was non-existent for years. I did a good bit of leg work back in 2017/pre-divorce and Atty. Rudolf made it easier for me t...

Ms. Rudolph's legal guidance in 2013 helped me get back on my feet and turn my life around, and my family and I are doing very well to this day, because of all she did for us regarding a very complex financial situation. She really cared, and we found her to be an expert in our situation. My family ...
