In mid 2000's I hired Mr. Lizzi to represent me in my divorce. I had met my wife while stationed in the Philippines in the early 80's. I returned to the states and used a fiance visa to bring her and my son to the US. Prior to the divorce, I learned from her daughter (who my wife had abandoned) that ...my wife had used false credentials to enter the US and also to marry me. I also learned she was already married to a Filipino man. There is no divorce in the Philippines. I retained a Lawyer in the Philippines via phone and email. He was able to obtain and send to me copies of her original and fake birth certificates,and her marriage certificate to the other man. Mr. Lizzi provided none of this to the judge and I was subsequently taken to the proverbial cleaners. Ended up about 60 grand out of pocket and pay half my military retirement pay to her every month for the rest of my life. This man was a pitiful excuse for a divorce lawyer and seemed only interested in my payments to him and spending as little time on my case as was humanly possible.

Still waiting for matter to clear up. I have paid according to Mr. Lizzi fee. I feel matter is not taking serious and failure to uphold agreement. 2010 he was vey reliable and informative. Last 3 years nothing maybe staff not corresponding with him definitely not me. Promise to call me back but neve...r do totally fail through this time. He is a great attorney just dropped the ball.

Eventually Mr. Lizzi had my DUI reduced to a DUAC, saving me a lot of money and keeping my criminal record clear.
