Christopher David Lizzi

I was locked up for "failure to appear to court". Lizzi was paid in full after he stated that I was going to be out of jail that Monday when the payment was made. Again, the payment was made in full. I was out of jail Wed night after I cursed them out for not keeping their word. Now, every time I spe...ak with his Secretary(not the lawyer), I find myself calling them. I have a court date on the 18th of this month(today is the 10th of the month) but I can't tell you the time because no one informed me. They lack compassion and they lack professionalism. I am on a mission to make sure no one else get treated like this again. I am now researching information in order to find out where can I go to complain about this because this is not right.

Still waiting for matter to clear up. I have paid according to Mr. Lizzi fee. I feel matter is not taking serious and failure to uphold agreement. 2010 he was vey reliable and informative. Last 3 years nothing maybe staff not corresponding with him definitely not me. Promise to call me back but neve...r do totally fail through this time. He is a great attorney just dropped the ball.

While our son was in college, he was arrested for a DUI. Chris immediately went to work on gathering the facts and making contacts. Chris was able to make arrangements for our son to enter an alcohol assessment program on the college campus, and if completed successfully, it would provide him the op...portunity to plead to a lesser charge. In the end, our son's case was resolved favorably without going to trial and he was able to plead to the lesser charge. I was impressed by Chris' willingness to act quickly and take action on our son's behalf. In dealing with Chris, his knowledge of the laws and inner workings of the judicial system in South Carolina are quite apparent. Just this week, a friend of mine called with a crisis situation regarding an accident involving her son in Myrtle Beach, and I was quick to recommend Chris. She called me immediately to thank me and was sure that, after speaking with Chris, she was in good hands.
