I paid for services then Knowone called me back over 30 days. When I switched lawyers after losing significant time and money I asked for my records to be sent via email. The law offices literally sent me detailed documents and records of other people’s private information and this is a huge violatio...n of the Hippa act. I filed a formal complaint but the bar refused to do anything even though by South Carolina law you can get your money back if you have proof that the lawyer doesn’t call you back on 30 days. I had phone records. I’m sure he’s connected with the old boys network and protected. Run from this scam artist .

Bottom line, total waste of money. Rude & uncommunicative stuff to begin with. Lizzi himself unaware of what u even appearing for before the judge. U have to start from scratch to explain your case to him 15 mins before you’re called in before the judge. Unless u want to flush your money down the toi...let, I wouldn’t use him, would be better off defending yourself before the judge.

I was locked up for "failure to appear to court". Lizzi was paid in full after he stated that I was going to be out of jail that Monday when the payment was made. Again, the payment was made in full. I was out of jail Wed night after I cursed them out for not keeping their word. Now, every time I spe...ak with his Secretary(not the lawyer), I find myself calling them. I have a court date on the 18th of this month(today is the 10th of the month) but I can't tell you the time because no one informed me. They lack compassion and they lack professionalism. I am on a mission to make sure no one else get treated like this again. I am now researching information in order to find out where can I go to complain about this because this is not right.

In mid 2000's I hired Mr. Lizzi to represent me in my divorce. I had met my wife while stationed in the Philippines in the early 80's. I returned to the states and used a fiance visa to bring her and my son to the US. Prior to the divorce, I learned from her daughter (who my wife had abandoned) that ...my wife had used false credentials to enter the US and also to marry me. I also learned she was already married to a Filipino man. There is no divorce in the Philippines. I retained a Lawyer in the Philippines via phone and email. He was able to obtain and send to me copies of her original and fake birth certificates,and her marriage certificate to the other man. Mr. Lizzi provided none of this to the judge and I was subsequently taken to the proverbial cleaners. Ended up about 60 grand out of pocket and pay half my military retirement pay to her every month for the rest of my life. This man was a pitiful excuse for a divorce lawyer and seemed only interested in my payments to him and spending as little time on my case as was humanly possible.
