Ted Sink has spent most of his life connected to personal injury law and fighting for the rights of the injured. As early as 12 years old, Ted started working small jobs at a personal injury firm. It was there that he developed his driving passion for protecting the rights of the injured, and helping them achieve maximum recovery from insurance companies. Ted attended Yale University and worked in New York City before returning home to South Carolina to pursue his J.D. . While at law school, Ted was chosen to be President of the South Carolina Association for Justice group. He also won first place in a trial advocacy competition, against more than 50 other competitors, and he won distinction for Best Opening Statement, as well as Trial Advocacy Champion.
Now Ted's firm fights to get people all the money they deserve after an injury - and we're proud of those results for victims of car wrecks, injuries on the job, workers' compensation issues, premesis liability, slip and falls, and more. I contacted Mr. Sink about my car accident that occurred recently, the other vehicle didn't yield the right a way and hit my vehicle, the other party was stating it was my fault.
