Clay McCullough

I was and had been on the Board of our condo association as president and other officer positions for most of its existence. Our condo was a conversion of a 1920's vocational education school consisting of three buildings. We discovered major foundation problems in the main building that had apparent...ly been ignored by the Developer and/or Contractor during the conversion. We contacted Clay, and after he reviewed our history and situation, he explained the strong and weak points of our case and agreed to represent us. I would recommend him highly. Clay helped us at a very difficult time, successfully reach settlement on a life insurance claim. Clay was extremely professional with us and the 2 companies involved. The entire matter was handled with respect and dignity and not threats. It was unfortunate that we had to retain an attorney to se...ttle a claim that the life insurance should have paid without lawyers involved, but that seems to be the way insurance companies work.
