This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
Public reprimand means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State gives the lawyer a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.
Dannitte’s comment: “In February 2012 I was reprimanded for failing to ensure that all of the information on my website was truthful and accurate. I hired a third party to handle my online marketing and failed to supervise & ensure that the information was correct. I now take extreme precautions to ensure that all of my public info is accurate and updated.”

Hired Mr. Dickey for my divorce. He failed to keep me informed of any progress. In the end, i attempted numerous avenues to contact him amd none where successful. At this time he owes me money out of my escrow account and he has failed to make any attempts to return it.

Mr. Dickey not only failed to represent my husband and I properly he never gave us our court order which in turn made us delinquent with our court ordered child support. We filed an ethics charge and it is a relief to finally see karma has come back to bite him. Horrible attorney do not hire.
