Avoid Attorney Dan Kienker at all costs. He is the most unprofessional attorney I've ever encountered. He doesn't have a physical office and operates in a very shady manner. After taking my money, he provided no legal advice whatsoever and left me completely in the dark about my case. He never kept m...e updated and clearly didn't have my best interests in mind. It was obvious he didn't care about my situation at all. Dan Kienker is a scam artist who will take your money and run. Do yourself a favor and find a competent and trustworthy attorney elsewhere. Do not hire him unless you want to waste your money and be abandoned in your time of need. Find another attorney who will actually help you. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD.

My case is on-going, but I am thankful to have Dan in my corner. He has been very supportive and willing to explain this process to me, in plain terms. I first contacted Dan in March 2017 for a consultation. Dan listened to my story, and after a few questions, told me what he would be able to do for me. I liked what I heard, and hired him. After a year of back and forth with the other parties lawyer, we came to a satisfactory result. Dan answered ma...ny questions, gave sage advice and guided me through the process. So I went with Daniel because he seemed very knowledgeable about step -parent adoption . Also he had good reviews on many sites . Well wow was my experience different . I’m only giving one star because I can’t give no stars . So after having the consult and explaining our situation for adoption he wa...s very confident and said he’s handled many cases like ours . Also said it was very simple as well . So we decided to hire him and give him his retainer . Gave him all the information he needed and asked for . Then all of a sudden things he knew before he took the case he wasn’t sure . Had to keep looking into things he said he already knew . Then things that weren’t an issue , after being paid were know a huge issue . He all of a sudden was not knowledgeable in our certain circumstances . How he wanted to fix the situation was a big no from us which i told him several times and from the beginning . Even though I kept saying that doesn’t work for us I kept getting emails with the same response and nothing new . He knew our case before and clearly should not have taken it as he wasn’t confident or knowledagble at all . Have called several other lawyers now and realized he was so wrong on so many things . I’m so thankful we cut ties even though we lost all that money for nothing . Since he didn’t end up doing anything for us .
