After hiring him for a simple divorce he disappeared with my money. His website was suspended, two addresses listed for him were bogus, phone calls went straight to voicemail and he wouldn’t return emails or texts. The man needs to be disbarred and investigated. It appears I’m not the only one who ha...s fallen victim to him. Several others over the past months and even years according to reviews have fallen victim to him as well.

Paid $500 to have him handle the paperwork for an adult adoption. Dragged it out over two years and never had anything prepared. When I requested the birth certificates, etc be returned, he said he'd get around to it. Never did. I finally did the adoption myself for half the cost of what he charged m...e to do nothing - and I can't seem to get him to return a call to get my money back. Untrustworthy and useless.

Mark caused me to lose out on so much money in my divorce and even worse, lose my children! He was unresponsive, late to turn in court documents and condescending. It seems he helps men but has no time for women. He attended a holiday party with the opposing attorney AND my ex WHILE representing me a...nd discussed my case with him! He doesn't return calls or emails, makes loads of mistakes (still has my address listed incorrectly after 2 years of representing me!).He would disappear for months with no paralegals to maintain communication while he was gone. My current lawyer has done more in 2 months than he ever did in 2 years, and has to just undo all the damage Mark caused.

Having paid in full for services in April 2021, I have been given numerous false promises on the completion of my case. Suffice it to say, after 13 messages and numerous emails, I had to change to a professional attorney to complete the case. In essence, i pad in good faith and received nothing but f...alse assurances, please be careful when dealing with this attorney.

Mark was professional and helpful during a very unfortunate time in my life. I was facing a nasty custody battle with my soon to be ex husband and the attempt of moving from my state to another. As difficult as it seemed at times Mark kept me hopeful all while being honest and sincere. He got me ever...ything I was after and more. I now live in a different state with my child and it was all thanks to him! He handled my divorce and custody. 10/10 recommended.
