Mark caused me to lose out on so much money in my divorce and even worse, lose my children! He was unresponsive, late to turn in court documents and condescending. It seems he helps men but has no time for women. He attended a holiday party with the opposing attorney AND my ex WHILE representing me a...nd discussed my case with him! He doesn't return calls or emails, makes loads of mistakes (still has my address listed incorrectly after 2 years of representing me!).He would disappear for months with no paralegals to maintain communication while he was gone. My current lawyer has done more in 2 months than he ever did in 2 years, and has to just undo all the damage Mark caused.

At the time, my son was in basic training for the National Guards and was unable to attend any of the court hearings. Took my daughter’s retainer and did absolutely nothing for her. The husband filed an injunction to take her children and he didn’t even file a response. He showed up to the hearing a half an hour late and bullied her into signing an agreement conceding every single point, refused to let her defend ...herself and rushed her to sign without even giving her the opportunity to read the entire document. A complete disgrace.
