Samuel Barber Craig

I do both business law and business litigation. I help clients establish businesses, and also help them manage those businesses, working with both management issues and board issues. When a conflict occurs, I work with businesses to resolve the matter, through either mediation, arbitration, or litigation.

I do contract drafting, review, and enforcement. I draft contracts ranging from one-time use contracts (e.g., sale of business) to multiple-use contracts (e.g, customer agreements). I review contracts for negotiation purposes. I help clients enforce agreements (e.g, debt collection, non-compete agreements).

I represent property owners, builders and contractors, developers, and architects.

I work with clients to enforce or defend their property rights against individuals or governmental entities. I do not do real estate closings.
