If your legal issue Estate Litigation Do Not Consult or Hire. Look at his expertise.
Nice enough, however, do not use him to litigate a dispute in Estate Law. He stated his expertise is in business, Contracts, and Construction, and after 1.8 hours at $360 per hour total $648 for nothing. He stated after the fact he is a mediator. I clearly stated at the beginning of this Zoom meeting...
She made an appointment for me to review the facts, and to provide her with legal analysis and advice. I provided good legal analysis and advice and charged her at the agreed rate for my time to do so. Her unwillingness to take my good advice does not negate that I provided the service she requested and charged her the rate to which she had agreed. The low rating she provided is better considered a rating of her, not me.
"I endorse this lawyer. When you see this lawyer plying his trade, you want him to be your lawyer. Sam is smart, energetic, creative and 100% in your favor."
