When I finally found Peter I had met with Three other attorneys and after six weeks had been no further on in setting up two trusts for my wife and I. I was frustrated and could not believe the lack of professional courtesy. The first meeting with Peter was very informative and totally relaxing. I e...xplained what I was trying to achieve and he took the ball and ran with it. By the second meeting (just one week later) with my wife the trust was ready to be finalized. One week later our trusts were complete and Peter throughly reviewed the trusts again with us. I'm extremely impressed with Peter's concern that our trusts were drawn up properly and that they addressed all our concerns and needs.

I met Peter on very short notice; that is, I needed the advice and counsel of a litigator very quickly, and Peter chiseled a hole in his schedule to see me within two days. Within that two day period, he had thoroughly reviewed a good deal of documentation on a complicated Trust matter, and so was p...repared no only to hear me out, which was all that I had expected, but to offer suggestions and advice on the spot. His suggestions were clear, and could be easily implemented. I was required to take action within a matter of days, and Peter reviewed and followed through on the work that had been done, catching things that I had missed after hours of review. I enjoy working with Peter, and hope to do so again.
