Jason Michael Peltz

I hired Jason Peltz to securely close a transaction on my behalf with a realtor in Asheville who turned out to be acting in a nefarious manner. I believe there is a personal relationship with the broker that he didn't disclose to me because the broker ended up stealing our due dilligence and earnest... money and Jason refused to help with the transaction when it came to light that the broker made a series of misrepresentations in the property along with omissions that have resulted in this going to litigation. Although Jason is a closing attorney for real estate transactions, when things got tough for me he ran away instead of following his duties as a sworn attorney. I won't be doing business with his firm again.
