Michael Jon Macht

I was charged with a felony from my previous employeer. I maintained throughout everything that I did not do the crime committed. He met with me and was very honest about the penalty I may face but promised to be there every step of the way with me. Any questions I had, he got back to me in a timely ...manner, and when I had to be booked he was there with me the entire time. After two months my case was dismissed due to evidence that I did not commit the crime. Macht treated me like a person and not a criminal. He was the one friend I had throughout the entire process. I know that I should never need legal representation again but I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's the best at what he does.

Mr. Macht prepared for my case so thoroughly that he was able to convince the judge before my very eyes that I made an honest mistake. I was blown away by how he spoke to judge about who I am as a PERSON, not a criminal. Due to his dedication, determination for justice, passion for his career and trustworthiness, Mr. Macht's hard work was the sole reason I received mercy and walked out of that court room a free woman. Being a school teacher, I am beyond grateful that I did not have to go to jail that day. He convinced the judge to consider my 24 hours community service completed (time-wise and money-wise), to let me be on UN-supervised probation, and I was able to go right back to my normal life routine with the maximum amount of driving ability possible. I could not have made it through this DWI without Mr. Michael Macht.
