Caring, dedicated, detailed.
I consulted with Brian about a time-sensitive insurance claim with an insurer (hint "begins with 'G') acting in bad faith. The information he shared was invaluable. He came highly recommended from a very well-respected mediator who represented me in the past, and now I know why.
