About Joshua
Biography
Joshua Nielsen was raised in Henderson County, North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington for his undergraduate Degree where he majored in History and English. He graduated at the top of his class and department and received both the departmental and university highest honors. Josh attended law school at Elon University where he graduated in the top 15% of his class and competed nationally in mock trial.
Following law school Josh returned to the Asheville area where he presently resides. Josh has focused his practice in Western North Carolina and is firmly committed to helping his local communities through zealous legal representation.
In his free time, Josh enjoys riding motorcycles, dirt biking, skiing and snowboarding, golf and anything that keeps him outdoors and active.

Wonderful law firm
Mr. Nielsen and his staff worked with me through my whole case. When I called 9 times out of 10 someone answered, if they didnt I would receive a call right back within 24 hours. I was nervous and scared but the team seemed to make all that vanish. Thank you for everything Nielsen Legal.

Very calm and easy to speak with
I have reached out to Josh several times with advice concerning my profession, and he has promptly responded to my inquiries. I have dealt with attorneys in the past that were not very pleasant to deal with. This is not the case with Josh. He makes you feel very comfortable.
