I definitely recommend this attorney‘s office. They not only represented me but they communicated efficiently, quickly, and always talked to me with courtesy and respect considering it was a very stressful time for me going through a divorce. I was a first time offender for a DWI when I drove through a checkpoint near Asheville, NC. I reached out to Josh and he was incredibly helpful explaining the process and what I should expect. He was able to get me a limited driving license for work quickly and I only was without driving privileges f...or 10 days. He has several certifications in regards to DWI charges and has done the training for what the cops do when they pull you over. He looked for loopholes and anything to help me out but unfortunately I drove through a checkpoint run by well trained state troopers. NC has very little forgiveness for DWIs but Josh did everything he could to make sure I could get to and from work and continue my daily life with little inconvenience. He also has great recommendations for the local classes and community service you will have to do.
