I want to thank Bill Baity from the bottom of my heart. He certainly took what was an overwhelming situation for me, told me not to worry and within 30 days took my issue to a probable cause hearing and just ate their lunch on site...it was amazing to watch an accomplished trial attorney work his mas...tered craft in a way that wasn't demeaning those on the other side but definitely spelled a great big win for his client. Mr. Baity has literally proven to be my savior. I was recently pulled over and given a ticket for having some pain medicine outside of a prescription bottle. I had paperwork showing my prescriptions from the day after the ticket to the current date, paperwork showing that I had knee surgery, and pa...perwork showing that I have chronic back pain. The only piece of paperwork that I could not provide was my prescription paperwork for the term when I received the ticket. Mr. Baity went to bat hard for me. The D.A.'s office could have easily charged me with this because technically I could not prove that the medicine that I had when I got the ticket was mine.
