Bill Baity review

Was professional and straight to the point! Didn’t beat around the bush and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg! Easy to talk to and you will always feel safe giving him information. Will always be have Baity represent me!

Great lawyer!

I chose Bill over another lawyer we consulted, after my son researched lawyers reading review after review, and I was so happy I did so. He really showed that he was dedicated to our case, which the other one didn't seem interested in hearing my side of the story. I have recommended him to many of my... clients, and will keep doing so. Thank you again for having my best interest! I could not have been more happy when I received the letter that my charges were dropped!

No Follow-Up -- Traffic Ticket

I did not receive notice or follow-up regarding the closure of my case. I was not aware of the continuance until I notified the clerk of court. When I questioned his office about the lack of follow-up, it was reported he sent the notice by mail; that my issue is not with his office but with the posta...l office. I, therefore, face additional fines and reinstatement fees.

All advertisement letters and website information for case dispositions indicate that a client has 20 days from Administrative court and 40 days from District court to pay their court costs and fines. All clients bear responsibility to know their court dates and to follow up with their case disposition according to the Courts and the NC State Bar. When clients call well after their deadlines for the first time ever to question the outcome of their case, it is clear they received their initial disposition letters and chose to ignore their responsibilities. Any RESPONSIBLE client would make inquiry as to the disposition of their case in court well before their 20 day or 40 day deadlines to pay if they have not received notice of their court case disposition. Many clients actually call the day of court before their case is even resolved to determine the outcome of their case.. We get this excuse periodically from individuals who claim they did not receive notice as to the disposition of their case. Ironically it is always after the clients deadline of 20 days or 40 days to pay their court costs and fines and after they receive a letter from the Clerk of Court and or the NC DMV advising them of their substantial late fees and the potential for suspension of their license. It is clear at that point that payment to the court was being intentionally ignored. A person’s CHARACTER or LACK THERE OF is made clear from their actions. We have helped thousands of happy clients over 20 years. At Baity Law we can only be responsible for our actions, and we stand behind what we do 100%. We cannot be responsible for an individual’s intentional disregard for their obligations after we have fulfilled our obligations.

Best Lawyer

I was charged with 12 felonies and let me tell you, that is the most overwhelming thing I’ve ever experienced. I visited a few lawyers in statesville/Mooresville but didn’t like them due to price and the way they seemed to handle things. When I walked into the Baity Centre I felt like I was at home. ...His staff is courteous and helpful. They know what they are doing. Bill has a unique way with words and makes you feel like a longtime friend. He handles things in court with dedication and ambition. He walks you step through step to make sure you get the BEST outcome possible and also knows how to calm your nerves. I would never recommend a friend to anywhere else than BAITY LAW. Take my word, don’t waste your time. INVEST IN THE BEST. Thank you Bill!

traffic ticket

The law office of Baity Law was very curtious and put me at ease by answering all my questions and telling me what they could do to help me with my traffic ticket that I was given do to a traffic accident . Baity Law took care of everything for me an I didn't even have to go to court. On top of all t...hat its the first ticket that I have ever had dismissed. I highly recommend Baity Law an will be using them in the future because things just happen.

The young man who took the call was quite personable, listened patiently and then promptly provided answers to all of my questions. Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
