Baity is your guy!
Bill is at the top of his game in all the best ways possible! He has represented me 2 x’s and I can’t speak enough praise. He exceeded my expectations both times. Oh yea, and he is kind, down to earth, highly intelligent, respectful; he is very likeable as a person. He is an Iredell County GEM ;)

No Follow-Up -- Traffic Ticket
I did not receive notice or follow-up regarding the closure of my case. I was not aware of the continuance until I notified the clerk of court. When I questioned his office about the lack of follow-up, it was reported he sent the notice by mail; that my issue is not with his office but with the posta...
All advertisement letters and website information for case dispositions indicate that a client has 20 days from Administrative court and 40 days from District court to pay their court costs and fines. All clients bear responsibility to know their court dates and to follow up with their case disposition according to the Courts and the NC State Bar. When clients call well after their deadlines for the first time ever to question the outcome of their case, it is clear they received their initial disposition letters and chose to ignore their responsibilities. Any RESPONSIBLE client would make inquiry as to the disposition of their case in court well before their 20 day or 40 day deadlines to pay if they have not received notice of their court case disposition. Many clients actually call the day of court before their case is even resolved to determine the outcome of their case.. We get this excuse periodically from individuals who claim they did not receive notice as to the disposition of their case. Ironically it is always after the clients deadline of 20 days or 40 days to pay their court costs and fines and after they receive a letter from the Clerk of Court and or the NC DMV advising them of their substantial late fees and the potential for suspension of their license. It is clear at that point that payment to the court was being intentionally ignored. A person’s CHARACTER or LACK THERE OF is made clear from their actions. We have helped thousands of happy clients over 20 years. At Baity Law we can only be responsible for our actions, and we stand behind what we do 100%. We cannot be responsible for an individual’s intentional disregard for their obligations after we have fulfilled our obligations.
