Mr Morgan is always out of the office, unavailable or on vacation. He never returns a phone call. If he does, you'll have a waited weeks on end to get a call back. If you have to deal with an opposing counsel as I did good luck getting him to talk to them either. I finally gave up and got a new l...awyer who would return my calls and oh yeah actually do something.
