Mr. Venters' practice is concentrated in representation of consumers and businesses in Bankruptcy Court; bankruptcy alternatives or "workouts"; and other bankruptcy related matters; collection of debts; trial of civil and commercial disputes; personal injury; landlord/tenant law; and federal criminal law.
