Christopher Bryan Venters

I consulted with Mr. Venters on a matter involving a major car rental company and the false accusation levied against me by the company. Mr. Venters gave me an enormous amount of insight into the insurance industry of which I was unaware. He reviewed documentation and two letters I prepared: one... to executive management at the car rental company & one to the NC DOJ Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Mr. Venters felt the two letters combined put me on the right track with how to confront and dispute the false accusation. Before I met with Mr. Venters I felt unsure and lacked confidence in understanding if the approach I was taking was enough. I spoke with Mr. Venters by phone with some questions I had concerning completion of the application for Social Security Disability. Mr. Venters was polite and patient with me with my questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was approved for disability through my job but when I have to... pursue disability with the federal government I will be contacting Mr. Venters for his help.
