Christopher Douglas Foster

Chris practices in the areas of wills, trusts, and estates, as well as business/corporate law, tax exempt organizations, employee benefits, and tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service and the North Carolina Department of Revenue.  He has been named Business North Carolina Legal Elite numerous times (a privilege awarded to less than 3% of the attorneys in North Carolina) and was a torch barer for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.  In addition to his work with some of the most prestigious regional law firms in the Southeast, Mr. Foster was named as one of the Fayetteville Oberser's 40 Under Forty.

In addition to his impressive educational background, Chris brings a unique “bedside manner” and compassionate understanding to every matter he handles and understands the importance and responsibilities inherent in the estate planning and administration process, as well as in corporate matters, such as corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, and asset sales of business entities.  His tax and business degrees not only allow him to converse with estate clients but also business owners.
