Overall, my experience with Eric and his staff was very positive. For almost a year, Eric represented me in the course of an ongoing investigation. On Countless times during the course of this investigation the rights afforded to me by Marine Corps to request retirement were violated. Eric was able t...o work directly with the right people outside my command to ensure my retirement was respected in accordance with Marine Corps Orders. I am very thankful to Mr. Kopka and his team! From the very first meeting I had with him, I knew that my issues would be looked into and sorted through with a fine tooth comb. As the title states, I absolutely recommend Eric M. Kopka for representation of any legal punishment a marine could face. I was arrested on two felony gun charges back home while on a 72 hour liberty period, and was facing Administrative Separation under a Commission of a Serious Offense (COSO).
