Top Attorney in Jacksonville

Overall, my experience with Eric and his staff was very positive. For almost a year, Eric represented me in the course of an ongoing investigation. On Countless times during the course of this investigation the rights afforded to me by Marine Corps to request retirement were violated. Eric was able t...o work directly with the right people outside my command to ensure my retirement was respected in accordance with Marine Corps Orders. Eric and his staff performed exceptionally well for me and my family. I have no doubt that his experience and knowledge in military law was the key to ensuring my family and I retained the retirement benefits we rated and deserved. Thank you very much Eric and Frankie!

Highly Recomended

I am very thankful to Mr. Kopka and his team! From the very first meeting I had with him, I knew that my issues would be looked into and sorted through with a fine tooth comb. Throughout my entire 14 month ordeal, Mr. Kopka and Ms. Duverger were always available to help calm my worries and keep me in...formed of what was going on. Through them, I knew of changes to my case before my command decided to inform me. When given the option of legal counsel from the government or choosing someone who will actually take the time to fight for you, I will choose Mr. Kopka every time! He is the only one I will recommend to anyone facing legal action in the military. His knowledge of the law is vast and his tenacity is unmatched. I am able to continue my career because of his skill and determination. Thank you, Mr. Kopka and associates, for everything you have done for me.

Absolutely recommend Eric M. Kopka

As the title states, I absolutely recommend Eric M. Kopka for representation of any legal punishment a marine could face. I was arrested on two felony gun charges back home while on a 72 hour liberty period, and was facing Administrative Separation under a Commission of a Serious Offense (COSO). From... the first phone call to Mr. Kopka, I felt extremely confident leaving my future with the Marine Corps in his hands. He practiced on the prosecution side before working defense so he was able to clearly explain to me the obstacles we could potentially face throughout the whole process. While working hand in hand with my lawyer back home, Mr. Kopka had managed to pull a rabbit out of a hat and got my adsep dropped before it went to a board and I am now back at work as if nothing had happened! Mr. Kopka and his paralegal Freddie, work together as an exceptional team, and I could not have hoped for a better outcome. This is an elite lawfirm and I 110% recommend Eric M. Kopka to represent anyone in the Marine Corps facing any type of legal action. This was a really bad situation I had got myself in, and I owe it to Mr. Kopka for keeping me in the Marine Corps.

Highly Recommended

I was facing a special court martial for 112a after 18 years of service. By far this was the most stressful time in my life, facing jail time, bad discharge, and losing my benefits. Eric explained the entire process to me and gathered all the facts of my case. Eric and his staff was available via ph...one or face to face when I had questions. His attention to detail and hard work help lead to a not guilty verdict in my special court martial case. Now I can continue on with my military career, I’m truly grateful. Eric is a true professional whom cares about his clients. I would highly recommend Eric for any service member facing any legal military action.

If it wasn't for Mr. Kopka...

If it wasn't for Mr. Kopka, I don't believe that my case would have turned out as favorably for me as it has. He is well educated in law and knowledgeable in the "ins and outs" of military life and legal. Naively I put my trust and fate into my Command. Eventually coming to my senses and realizing ho...w much of a mistake that was I called Eric Kopka's office immediately, I only wish I had done so sooner. Mr. Eric Kopka and his paralegal Ms. Frederique Duverger relentlessly worked, building evidence to help my case. When I sometimes doubted myself and I began to quiver under the pressure from my Command their reassurance encouraged me to succeed. Eric Kopka is an experienced professional. I'm very thankful that he was on my side and not against me. It was a great decision to hire him and highly recommend him.
