Eric Michael Kopka

My legal troubles began in the summer of 2015. It was once I realized the severity of the situation that I began to seek council from an attorney. I hired Mr. Kopka and his office, and it was the correct decision. What began as an accusation turned into what I feared could be potential jail time. Eri...c and his office was there every step of the way, advising me on what I needed to do, where the case was at, and what could/would potentially happen next. The federal prosecutor eventually decided not to pursue charges which I firmly believe Eric was instrumental in. The command was not ok with not doing anything so I was informed I would be heading to an administrative separations board. The office didn't skip and beat and began preparing for our day in court. Eric's conviction and determination remained and I am proud to say that I can continue my service honorably. Watching what Eric does in the a courtroom is inspiring. My life, and the lives of my family was on the line and Eric Kopka was ABSOLUTLELY the man that I wanted representing me that day. If I ever need any legal advice or assistance in the future, Eric will be my first call.

My promotion was withheld because of a DUI Charge that was eventually dismissed. Command was not sure what they wanted to do and was holding my request for promotion to be reinstated. Eric completed my package for promtion and stayed on the command to endorse and forward to HQMC. Eric kept me infor...med at all times on the status of my package and ultimately was responsible for my request being approved and back dated to original date of rank. Straight to the point, no nonsense and professional individual. Would and will recommend him to anyone who is in need of his services. Mr Kopka and his office have worked tirelessly on my case and was available whenever I needed them. Lastly Eric's is a small firm and the team he has works flawlessly. Throughout the 21 months of my investigation I was never unable to get in contact with either Eric or Freddie and always received prompt call backs or responses to emails. In short Eric is exactly the person you want in your corner. He knows what he's doing, cares about the people he defends, and works his ass off for his clients.

I am very thankful to Mr. Kopka and his team! From the very first meeting I had with him, I knew that my issues would be looked into and sorted through with a fine tooth comb. Throughout my entire 14 month ordeal, Mr. Kopka and Ms. Duverger were always available to help calm my worries and keep me in...formed of what was going on.
